How to manage a collection of behaviors – We help structuring the analysis of behaviors. This steps is often neglected and is a mandatory enabler for a successful change. Team members need to be exposed to clear expectations.

The proposed method is to expose group of managers to pre-processed lists of behaviours and to have them to choose the applicable ones, as part of a recursive selection process. Once one level of management has settled an adequate set, a next level is requested to complement the work, with the clear goal to further improve coherence and quality. The concept is to develop ownership along the process.
