- Are NED present in the BoD to act as buffers and mediators between founders and investors ?

- Is there a regular measurement of the effectiveness of the BoD ?

- Does ESG take a decent, still reasonable space in the company programs ?
- Are correct high level KPIs present and updated at a sufficient pace for a strategic lead ?

- Does financing correctly impact operationnal pace ?
The methodology is to first conduct the assessment, either using formal methods such anonymous questionnaires or by interview or by participating as observer in an occurence of a BoD meeting. The objective is to identify a compact set of improvement actions and to track the implementation a very systematic way. We can provide this help, either as an NED in the considered BoD, or as Consultants to the BoD.
